1. Processing your order
Once we receive your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your jewelry ASAP! All Ezzee Glitters orders are processed within one to two working days, and then shipped to you immediately, according to your preferred method of shipping.
2. Shipping your order
For your security, high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you can't be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.
You'll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.
3. Tracking your order
Of course, you'll want to know when your product is going to arrive on your doorstep so you can plan your weekend outfit accordingly. That's why we send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. Also, be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your Email Address Book to ensure that our emails make it into your inbox.
4. Order cancellation
Change your mind? If you want to cancel or change a Ezzee Glitters order, for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your Ezzee Glitters order number or call 1-855-4643273, as soon as possible.
We promise we'll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. That means that even if you contact our Customer Service Department immediately after you change your mind about your order, it might already be in the shipping process. If that happens, we can't change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. So, if your order can't be cancelled, and you still don't love it after its arrived – just return it to Ezzee Glitters according to our 30-day money back return policy.
